From the beginning to delivering engineering solutions on projects across Australia, Middle East, Asia, Europe, US, and UK, Rickard Engineering has built a reputation for technical excellence, innovation, and trusted collaboration. Over 40 years, our practice has evolved from a specialist engineering consultancy into a globally recognised team known for delivering bespoke façade and structural engineering solutions on some of the world’s most ambitious developments.
Meet the Team
Led by Founder and Managing Director Charles Rickard, our team is supported by three Directors, two Senior Associates, and two Associates who lead projects across the practice. Working closely with senior engineers, junior engineers, drafters, and interns, our leadership team fosters a collaborative environment where knowledge, mentorship, and practical industry experience are shared across all levels of the team.
