The Gladstone Street Project by Greystar Real Estate Partners is a large-scale Build-to-Rent development comprising a podium and three towers, delivering approximately 700 apartments, extensive resident amenities, and 850 sqm of retail space. Rickard Engineering was engaged by Icon to design and certify the brick façade to the podium across all three towers, incorporating brick veneer, cavity brick, hit-and-miss brickwork, brick slips, and textured brick walls. Our approach focused on practical, buildable solutions that deliver high performance and aligned with the architectural intent.
