Allen joined Rickard Engineering in 2023 and has since delivered a diverse portfolio of projects across Australia and internationally. He has collaborated closely with architects, builders, suppliers and contractors on commercial, residential, education and hospitality developments. Allen specialises in façade structural design and weatherproofing, with expertise in curtain wall, window wall, GRC, brickwork and other façade systems. He is involved throughout both the design and construction phases, delivering structural and weatherproofing design, undertaking site inspections, conducting façade performance testing and providing technical support to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with the design intent, project requirements and relevant standards.
