This is a new residential unit development by Rick Leavers, and architecture by Candalepas Associates with structural and civil design by Rickard Engineering. Demolition works are completed. Rock excavation is proceeding as both architect and engineer complete their construction documentation.
Kirrawee Childcare Centre
This week Lodestone HQ signed a contract for Rickard Engineering to undertake the civil and structural engineering design for their new Childcare Centre in Kirrawee. Architect for the project is Liquid Design of Pyrmont. The project is a conversion of the Ford Dominelli Showroom on the corner of Oak Road and Princess Hwy. Concept architect and engineering details have been completed. Geotechnical investigation is proceeding ready to go to tender before Christmas.
Fairlight
Rickard Engineering has been appointed civil and structural engineering consultants for a very substantial renovation of residential premises at 33 Upper Clifford Avenue, Fairlight. DA approval has been obtained. Architect for the project is … concept engineering documentation has been completed. Finalisation of the project budget is now in process with construction documentation to commence ASAP.
