Working with our clients, VO Group & DEICORP, our scope included designing the entire façade, including the GRC panels on the stud wall system. The design was completed with certification. The entire project was scheduled for completion in 2021, formerly a Col James Student Accommodation (83–123 Eveleigh St, Redfern). Currently it is for Scape Redfern, which opened in 2023 and is one of Australia’s largest student accommodations.
