Rickard Engineering’s team was the design engineer for the project located in Hamilton Street, Rose Bay. They made maximum use of prefabricated Ritek/AFS walling systems to reduce construction time. With 4 luxury units within a 3/4 storey residential complex with basement car parking. The building has two double-storey units as well as 2 single-storey units, with the street feature of double-storey windows.
